box-sizing: border-box;">书记、市长经常开会开到误了饭点，但也不允许工作人员提前到食堂打饭带回去吃，早晚都是坚持自己到食堂排队打饭。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box;">一次中午排队打饭时，刚调来几位年轻干部，跑到队伍的前边插队，还把市委书记董传周给挤出去了。正在后边排队的市长俞正声看到了这一幕。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">第二天正好召开市直机关干部大会，会后，俞正声市长把各部门的办公室主任留下，专门开了个小会，强调以后到食堂打饭，任何人都没有特权，必须排队，哪个部门有人不排队，处罚办公室主任。自那以后，排队打饭的规矩再也没人违背。</p></section></section><section style="display: flex;
