一个信念:与肥胖决裂;



两个要素:不多吃一口,不少走一步;



三个不沾:不吸烟,不饮酒,不熬夜;



四个检查:定期查体重、血压、血糖、血脂;



五六个月:减肥不求速成,每月减一两公斤即可,五六个月就见成效;
