box-sizing: border-box;">“<span style="color: rgb(162, 51, 51);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">所城、朝阳街历史文化保护区的保护要采取保护、整治的原则，严禁大拆大建。保护是指保留历史街区的整体布局、街巷、风貌、建筑；整治是指街区环境的改善，包括美化室外环境、去除不协调建筑与设施、完善基础设施。</strong></span>”专家咨询会后，全市上下对所城、朝阳街等历史街区的整治问题统一了思想，形成了共识。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
